Turning 40 & Remembering Jesus

Happy Friday everyone,

"And he took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body given for you; do this in remembrance of me.” (Luke 22:19)

Next year I'll be 40 years young and as I approach this milestone, I'm compelled to reflect on my life. Forced to contemplate where and more poignantly who I'd be if I hadn't 'accepted' Jesus. Forced to ponder how He has shaped, molded, challenged, and changed me over the last 5 years. In short, to understand where I've been, where I am, and where I'm going I MUST remember Him - which is an extraordinarily humbling process.

So today, I want to encourage you to REMEMBER Jesus by asking yourself these three reflective questions.

1. What would your life look like if you hadn't 'accepted' Jesus?

2. How has your life been shaped, molded, challenged, or changed by Jesus?

3. How do you want/need Jesus to show up in your life today?

God Bless,

Megs
