God's Will VS Our Will...

Happy Friday everyone,

Max Lucado said: "Faith is not the belief that God will do what you want. It is the belief that God will do what is right."

So that's why I'm not a millionaire entrepreneur...yet! Gosh God I thought we had an agreement, 'early retirement', remember? Perhaps I should remember how often I pray "Your Kingdom come, Your will be done" (Matthew 6:9-15). So which is it, my wants or God's will? Though I don't particularly like the answer to that question, Jesus' sacrifice serves as a humbling reminder (Luke 22:42).

In what area of your life, work, business or ministry is God saying "Let go because I'm in control" but you're still expecting Him to do what you want, instead of allowing His will to be done?
