Hall Booking form

Duns church has 2 halls, one larger and one smaller and a kitchen.  These facilities are available to hire at the discretion of the Kirk Session. Please use the form below to request a booking. You can check hall availability on the calendar (select 'Duns Hall Bookings' from the category drop down list).

Charges for Duns church halls (together with use of toilets and kitchen)

Per hour of use: £12

Or, up to half a day: £35

Setting up the previous evening surcharge: £12

Deposit: £10 payable on booking.

After receiving your request, we will send a  hire contract for you to sign and return along with the deposit. Your booking is not confirmed until the completed contract and deposit are received. 

 Duns Parish Church supports Fairtrade. Please try to use Fairtrade products for your event.
